I'm guessing this is HDR, play around with the image a bit more. Also, even though it's very cliche' to do this, these images look great if you can make everything more of a magenta color cast, similar to these shots [link] [link] See what you get, HDR is always a big guess and check, at least it's been that way for me.

Just a quick tutorial on how I do my HDRs, I merge them in Photoshop under the Highlight Compression method. Then, I use the Select > Color Range option to select the highlights, midtones, or shadows so I can edit each on separately. It allows me to fine tune the contrast and midtone point for each using curves and levels layers, as well as change the colors in just a certain area. Also, you can boost local contrast using the unsharp mask at 50% and 250 px in certain parts. Time ends up going in hyperspeed while your computer reverts back to the stonage, but the results can be very impressive.
